Divisional Structure
In addition to the Divisional Executive of Secretary, President and Vice President elected every 2 years through the Australian Electoral Commission, the Division is also made up of directly elected rank and file delegates from each Sub-Division, based on proportional representation, and the Secretary from each Sub-Division.

While the Operations Division covers a range of employees across this sector of the industry, with members' employment conditions governed by a number of legal instruments. There are a number of key agreements and awards that primarily relate to members within the Operations Division.
