The material and information contained in the Safety Matters Guide is drawn from a collaborative effort by RTBU delegates and members, other unions, WorkCover NSW, and Unions NSW, during 2011. Safety Matters builds on previous resources developed by the RTBU to assist members, delegates and health and safety representatives in understanding and effectively participating in and monitoring health, safety and welfare in their workplaces.
